San Juan County - FRW Meeting

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tom Mullins @ 9:28 am

We had a wonderful luncheon forum in Farmington yesterday.  My thanks to everyone for their support.  I had mentioned during my talk a speech by Governor Chris Christie from New Jersey.  http://globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com/2010/03/governor-christie-time-to-hold-hands.html

The link to the video is within the post.

I think it truly was powerful, and is the medicine that New Mexicans need to hear as we move forward with the difficult task of course correction from our irresponsible government spending.  We are going off the cliff.  We will be okay when we land, yes it will be scary, but the United States of America is the greatest country and our citizens are leaders.  We need leaders such as this.  New Mexico’s next Governor will need to exhibit this type of leadership.  As your next Congressman, I will do all that I can to do the difficult job in front of me in the most efficient and compassionate manner.

Campaign funding is always challenging, so I want to especially thank those of you who have contributed so far.  Every dollar counts and is important in our drive to win this seat back for the citizens of New Mexico.  You can donate on-line, or mail a check to your address:  mullins for congress, po box 256, farmington, nm  87499

I have noticed that Rep. Lujan, Jr. has been sending out more e-mails of late attempting to remind voters of what a great job he is doing.  A piece of advice to our Representative would be for him to explain how we the taxpayers actually pay for these government programs.  Rep. Lujan, Jr……..You are not Santa Claus, stop acting like him.  We are not fooled.

Delegates, I appreciate your support in the upcoming State GOP Convention.
