CO2 - Candidate Forum

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tom Mullins @ 6:11 am

Yes, I realize that when candidates speak that we are emitting more CO2.  I remind everyone that the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board (EIB) is holding their public hearing today on the crazy idea of imposing a cap on New Mexico’s CO2 (& other supposed harmful pollutants) at the 1990 level less 25%.  There are no adjustments for population.  So your children and grandchildren will just have to cut their energy usage.  Please show up today in Santa Fe and voice your concern.  If we the people do not make our voice heard, then these Richardson appointees will rubber stamp (dare I say brand) this wishful regulation into place.  I have had enough of government bureaucrats taking away my right to life.

Following this hearing, join me and my opponent at Santa Fe Community College for a candidate forum.  6 pm.  Details are at the Rio Grande Foundation website.
